Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 small lemon juice
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat.

Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium low.

Let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes

Pour in an airtight jar and let cool at room temperature.
