Chocolate Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Melted chocolate for serving ( optional)
For the Ice Cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup grated dark chocolate
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

First whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mixture in a container.

Cover with plastic wrap to the surface and put the lid on.

Place in a freezer for few hours, preferably overnight.

Serve with melted chocolate on top ( optional).
