Smoked salmon Cucumber rolls

Ingredients
1 cucumber
1/2 cup smoked salmon
2 Ts cream cheese softened
2 ts chopped dill
1 ts lemon juice
salt
Salad dressing

Preparation
1- Peel off the cucumber into stripes and set aside.
2- Mix the cream cheese with dill until combined, using a fork to help soften the cream cheese. Set aside.
3- cut the smoked salmon into stripes and add the lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
4- Gently spread the cream cheese mixture along the length of the cucumber stripe.
5- Top the cream cheese with the smoked salmon stripe.
6- Roll the cucumber up tightly. 4Repeat the operation to all the cucumber stripes.
7- Drizzle your favorite salad dressing over the cucumber rolls.
8- Secure the cucumber rolls with toothpicks.
9- Serve immediately if possible.

Cream cheese Stuffed olives

Ingredients
ยฝ cup pitted California style ripe olives
2Ts cream cheese softened
2 tspย ย chopped dill

Preparation
1- In a large plate mix the cream cheese with the chopped dill until combined, using a folk to help soften the cream cheese.
2-Put the cream mixture in a bag fitted with a small plain tip.
3- Pipe the cream mixture inside the olives.
4- Put in each stuffed olive a decorative toothpick.

5- Serve as an appetizer.
