My passion for cooking started with the Mediterranean cuisine, and expanded to the international one. The blog represent a collection of recipes that I have tested and put on my table. Some recipes are classic and well known, and some are just my creations. I enjoy my time in the kitchen playing with ingredients until I come up with something I like.I always collect recipes in a notebook since my young age, and I needed to upgrade my recipe notebook to a blog.
