Garlic Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- About 4 cups spaghetti squash ( already cooked)
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

In a frying pan over medium heat put olive oil and butter.

Add minced garlic.

Season with salt, pepper, ginger and oregano.

Sizzle the garlic for few minutes then add about 1/2 cup water and let it cook ( I like it cooked and not burned).

Once the water is almost gone, add the spaghetti squash.

Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
