This is yogurt parfait. Adding grains and fruits to yogurt, makes it “Parfait”, witch is a French word for “Perfect”, then this is a perfect heart healthy yogurt. With very few ingredients, you will have a great breakfast, snack or even dessert!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ cup granola(I used Granola protein Oats' N Honey)
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries, cut small
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix well yogurt and maple syrup if you like (optional).

Layer some of the yogurt into the bottom of a glass.

Top with fruits then granola. Repeat layering until the glass is full.

4- Serve yogurt immediately to keep granola crunchy. If you prepare yogurt parfait to be served later, you don't have to layer granola with yogurt and fruits in the glass, just add it on top of the yogurt and fruits layers before serving.
