This is a comfort food, these are the steps to prepare this dish in pictures.
First, prepare the filling.
Fill up the cooked shells with the beef mixture and place them in a dish.
Top the filled shells with the shredded cheeses.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 F preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut small
- 1 medium onion, cut small
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 6 oz Jumbo shells pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- salt, pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan, over medium high heat.

add in onions and garlic. Sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes, then add ground beef.

keep stirring until the ground beef is cooked through.

Add in tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper, ginger powder, oregano and parsley. Mix well for 2 to 3 minutes or until the juice is reduced.

Toss in the fresh cilantro and mozzarella cheese, mix it well and take the saucepan out of the heat. Let cool for a little bit.

Cook the jumbo shells until al dente. Drain and pour cold water on it then drain again.

Start filling up the jumbo shells with the beef mixture.

Pour about a ladle of beef mixture in a rectangular dish (I have used a 7" x 9" dish) and spread it all over the surface.

Place the filled jumbo shells on top until you fill up the dish.

Toss on top shredded mozzarella and parmesan.

Cover the dish with aluminum paper and bake in a 350 °F preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Uncover the dish and bake for 5 more minutes.
