Healthy Milk and Dates Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- Less than 1/2 cup pitted dates (about 7 dates)
Instructions

First, steam your dates for few minutes (optional). This step will soften them.

Put the dates and milk in a blender.

Process for few seconds or until smooth.

Strain the drink if you like (optional).

Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
- You can add less dates to your cup of milk.
- You can use dairy free milk or any type of milk.
- You can even microwave your dates for a minute or less to soften them.
- You can add ย flavoring to your drink.
